American singer and guitarist Bilmuri (Johnny Franck), who will perform at the sold-out Sleep Token concert at the O2 universum on November 15, will return in 2025 with a solo show as part of the Lap of Honour Tour, which he will play at Futurum Music Bar on March 22, 2025. As support will perform energetic Y2K pop punks South Arcade!

Transitioning from his role as the rhythm guitarist and clean vocalist for Ohio metalcore giants Attack Attack!, Johnny Franck stepped into the spotlight with his solo project, Bilmuri, in 2016 with Jaguar Shark. Combining post-hardcore, pop punk, indie pop, electronic, emo, and country, Franck’s fun-loving project has since yielded a string of eclectic releases, including Banana (2017), Solid Chub (2018), Goblin Hours (2022), and American Motor Sports (2024), the latter of which marked his major-label debut.

2019’s Rich Sips saw Franck team up with former Attack Attack! bandmate Caleb Shomo on “Thicc Thiccly,” a parody of the band’s 2008 debut single, “Stick Stickly.” 2020’s Muri and Friends featured team-ups with Dayseeker, Jonathan Young, and No Dice, with subsequent efforts Eggy Pocket, 400LB Back Squat, and Goblin Hours bringing in collaborators like Knox, Brody, Seneca, and more. Bilmuri inked a deal with Columbia Records ahead of the release of 2024’s American Motor Sports, a country-leaning effort that included guest spots from Thicc Boi (“Better Hell”), Dylan Marlowe (“Emptyhanded”), and Mitchell Tenpenny (“All Gas”).
