PALAYE ROYALE returns to Prague!
You loved them as Zden at Rock for People 2024, you loved them at the RfP afterparty in Brno, and we say you can never have enough Palaye Royale concerts. That’s why, for the third time this year, we’re bringing you another supercharged show. As part of the Death or Glory Tour, Palaye Royale will play the biggest solo headline show in the Czech Republic to date on December 10 at Forum Karlín.
Equal parts Britpop, glam rock and art punk, Palaye Royale have amassed more than half a billion streams over the course of their career and have won legions of cult fans with their adrenaline-fuelled rock n’ roll circus.
Brothers Remington Leith (vocals), Sebastian Danzig (guitar) and Emerson Barrett (drums), who grew up in Las Vegas, first found themselves in Los Angeles as teenagers and have navigated the unforgiving Los Angeles rock scene from playing in basements living out of their car to headlining arenas around the world and touring with bands like Yungblud, Rob Zombie, Korn, etc.
In 2022, the band released their fourth full-length album Fever Dream. This was the result of a much needed hiatus – the musicians returned to their roots and composed most of the album on piano. The result, is equally somewhere between an ecstatic rush and a brooding meditation on the state of the human psyche. Beyond that, it is Palaye Royale’s most daring and visionary work to date.
With fast dirty rock n’ roll and unrivalled swing, Palaye Royale endlessly put on a mesmerising live show, with Remington often performing almost acrobatic stunts. And whether they’re performing at major festivals like Reading and Leeds, Download and Pinkpop, or playing to sell-out crowds in far-flung locales like Amsterdam, Prague and Mexico City, they have only one ambition – that is to deepen their precious connection with their beloved fan base, affectionately known as The Soldiers of the Royal Council.
