The immortal Papa Roach will return to the Czech Republic after their huge success at Rock for People 2023! The band will perform on January 30, 2025 in the Sportovní hala Fortuna.
Be it rap-rock, nu-metal, electronic rock, rock ’n’ roll or anything in between, the quartet – vocalist Jacoby Shaddix, guitarist Jerry Horton, bassist Tobin Esperance and drummer Tony Palermo – have spent more than 30 years veering across freeways that most bands barely have the nerve to occupy, creating one of the most diverse and fearless discographies in music.
Papa Roach are two-time GRAMMY-nominated, Platinum-selling leaders in Alternative Hard Rock music, who in 2020 celebrated the 20th Anniversary of their iconic album INFEST. The band has been publicly highlighting mental health issues for years and has done so since the first day of the release of their debut album “Old Friends from Young Years”. At the turn of the millennium, they toured with stars like Linkin Park, Eminem, Limp Bizkit, Guns N’ Roses, Nickelback and Breaking Benjamin. Their song Blood Brothers even appeared in the popular game Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 2.
Since then, the band has gone on to release 10 studio albums, along with their most recent Ego Trip released on their own label New Noize Records through ADA/Warner Music. Ego Trip has garnered over 360 million global streams to date and has produced four #1 singles including the band’s current single “Leave A Light On (Talk Away the Dark) which is the band’s biggest hit in a decade.
It’s no different in the Czech Republic, where the band enjoys crowds of thousands of fans. This is proven by the fact that they are returning to play their tenth concert in a row!
