Terms & Conditions for Rock for People and RfP Concerts

Already paid tickets are not refundable. The only safe, verified and official way to secondary sell/buy tickets is our official partner – TicketSwap.
The tickets from the first cheapest personalized editions must state the name of the person who will attend the festival. The change of the name on the ticket is possible for a small admin. fee directly at GoOut – [email protected].
Consumption of alcoholic drinks is prohibited for younger than 18 years old.
Children to 10 years of age don’t need a ticket to Rock for People or Rock for People Concerts. To 15 years of age, they have to be accompanied by an adult for entering the festival/concert.
There is no compenstation for lost ticktets.
Keep your tickets in the safe place.
Forgery of tickets is a crime.
Tickets won in contests of any kind and tickets with 0 CZK price are no longer available for resell. Named tickets with 0 CZK price can be used by the person whose name is on the ticket ONLY and are no longer available for resell. In such case there is a risk of cancelling these tickets.
With additional adjustments is your ticket invalid.
Organizer is not responsible for the validity of tickets purchased outside of the official presale.
Organizer is not responsible for inconvenience connected with unlawful use or copy of the ticket.
If tickets owner will allow to copy them, then the entrance will be given to that person who will come first with the ticket.
Tickets owners have to follow the rules set by organizer of the festival.
Changes of program and performers are reserved.
By entering the festival/concert or other site organised by us visitors allow to take their picture, sound recordings and video recordings, which can be used for marketing purposes Rock for People/Rock for People Concerts.
In case of event cancellation please contact GoOut company.
By purchasing ticket you allow Rock for People to contact you with marketing communication.
After the exchange of the ticket for wristband you have to keep the wristband on your hand for the whole time of its validity.
For dogs and other pets, the loud festival life is stressful. With regard to their health and the safety of visitors, animals will not be allowed to the festival area and the camp. Please leave your pets in the comfort of your own home.
