American rockers Badflower have been racking up critical acclaim on a steady basis, gathering positive feedback from media outlets like Billboard, Alternative Press, Nylon, and Loudwire. They have scored three #1 hits on the charts with “The Jester”, “Heroin”, and “Ghost” from their critically acclaimed debut album OK I’M SICK. With their characteristic energy, their work connects with a rugged, grunge spirit of rock, complemented by a theatrical spectacle in the best sense of the word and unforgettable riffs.
Frontman Josh Katz transforms into a machine fueled by emotion when he grabs the microphone, offering an awakening of mind and body with the unfiltered intensity that the entire band radiates. This approach is the calling card of Badflower, as soon as Josh Katz (singer), Joey Morrow (lead guitarist), Alex Espiritu (bass guitarist) and Anthony Sonetti (drummer) are tuned into the same wavelength.
Since their formation in 2011, the band has shared stages with Cage the Elephant, Soundgarden, and Ghost. In addition to their own headline shows, they have toured with Nothing More and multi-platinum rock band Shinedown. They introduced themselves to the Czech audience with a headline show in 2022, and returned in 2025 with rock heavyweights Three Days Grace.
In their early days, the band was shaped by the need to find a sense of belonging. Now, in their thirties, the members find themselves at a crossroads. They realize they have already achieved their dreams. On their new album “No Place Like Home”, they grapple with the paradox of realized dreams and what it means when everything begins to feel like just a memory.
