Branko’s Bridge CZ

Branko’s Bridge offers a vivid fusion of psychedelia, surf rock, and disco, alongside elements of garage and post-punk. Celebrated by the Czech alternative scene for their high-energy live performances and atmospheric, Tarantino-esque melodies, they were nominated for Czeching, a prestigious competition associated with the Eurosonic Festival.

In May 2024, Branko’s Bridge released their poignant debut album, Hobby Horse Cowboy. Currently the band is touring domestic and international venues including Changeover festival in Beograd, United Islands in Prague or Rock For People 2025 and gathering new material.

The band’s impact on the Czech capital’s underground scene started to take shape as soon as the band had finished their very first concert. Since then, Prague has been greatly enriched by this new and authentic element. First demo, Halfway to Nowhere, got the band on Czech radio stations, Radio 1 and Radio Wave, while earning the band the endorsement of a new and wider audience. The band appeared on various Czech festivals, including the Republic’s biggest rock music festival Rock for People, in the summer of 2018 and 2019. Branko’s debut EP, Should’ve Been Here, was released in April 2019, shortly after the video-single Whatever Comes Goes Away. The EP’s success came right away, Branko’s Bridge was nominated for Czeching, a renowned competition linked with Eurosonic Festival, and played at Prague’s Metronome Festival.
