“Hardcore was always a place to escape,” says High Vis. In less than a decade on the scene, they have breathed life into their progressive hardcore sound, which also blends post-punk, britpop, and neo-psychedelia, giving it a completely unique form.
With their debut album No Sense No Feeling (2019), they created their own genre, which the members themselves call “post-industrial-Britain misery punk.” They followed up with two more albums in which they explore personal experiences, the power of friendship, and social frustration. One thing is certain – this British band has incredible chemistry, and you can hear it on first listen.
