Horrible Creatures are a five-piece band, genre-wise leaning towards thrash and death metal, with inspiration from bands like Cannibal Corpse, Testament, Pantera, Slayer, Lamb of God, and others.
In their eight years of active activity, they have played concerts across the Czech Republic with bands such as SOULFLY, PESTILENCE, NERVOSA, MARDUK, CRUSHING CASPARS, DEBUSTROL, MALIGNANT TUMOUR, or toured with HENTAI CORPORATION. Moreover, participation in renowned domestic festivals didn’t take long. They have performed at BRUTAL ASSAULT, ROCK FOR PEOPLE, METALGATE CZECH DEATH FEST, ENTER THE ETERNAL FIRE, POVALEČ, and others.
Apart from these engagements, they have gained many fans in other European countries, such as Germany, Poland, Hungary, and Slovakia, where they have also performed at several festivals and club shows. With three studio releases (the EP Depressive Hunt, the album Pitfall and the EP Internal Decline – recorded in Denmark with Tue Madsen), they have gained the opportunity to attract a lot of listeners on streaming platforms, thus crossing tens of thousands of listens. Of course, there is no shortage of awards, such as the Spark Fresh Blood audience competition (2019 – win) or placement in the Bandzone type of the week.
