Jet8 is an energetic hardcore/punk band with a brass section from Prague. Alongside heavy guitar riffs, their atmosphere is defined by straightforward brass melodies and raw, shouting vocals. Their lyrics focus on current social issues that simply need to be talked about today. Active on the scene since 2005, they have released five studio albums, with their latest one titled Break the Silence.
The band’s current work is inspired by the contemporary hardcore/punk scene, such as Comeback Kid or Strike Anywhere, as well as the English progressive ska-core scene, which boldly combines hardcore and metal with powerful brass parts. Jet8 regularly tour the UK, Belgium, Switzerland, France, Germany, and Spain.
