Lights, choreography and an energetic show – that’s Manu Destra. The young synthpop band from Prague, consisting of 4 experienced musicians and a singer, has been active since 2021. In the autumn of that year, the band released their debut EP “Before the Show”. Since then, it has managed to played countless concerts in the Czech Republic and abroad and this year christened their second EP called “You. Me. Now.”. Their festival credits include Strahov Open Air and the German Fokus Festival. The group’s domain is energetic performances with strong visuals and audience involvement as an indispensable part of the show. Although Manu Destra’s music focuses primarily on danceable electronic beats, he is not afraid to combine his work with elements of other genres, from grand symphonic arrangements, to jazz harmonies, to rock riffs.
