Gey started rapping in 1999, and his more serious efforts began in 2005 with the group Actionday Crew. The year 2010 brought his first solo album, Turbulence negativních dobrot, which is essentially a collection of older, previously unreleased recordings. A year later, Gey happened to meet DJ Fatt, and the result of this meeting was a collaborative album titled Imaginárium naprosto běžných podivností, thanks to which MC Gey became a full-fledged member of Ty Nikdy. In 2014, the duo followed up with their second album, Opičí král vrací úder. In 2016 and 2019, MC Gey released the albums Rap Life and Rap Life: Epizoda 2.
