“A melodic machine” or “a band you just have to hear” – that’s how renowned magazines describe Florida’s Rain City Drive. They bring energetic and modern rock with strong roots in the post-hardcore scene, but they’re not afraid to reach for contemporary pop either.
Singer Matt McAndrew (known from NBC’s The Voice) adds a confident pop vibe to their hard sound. The band has over 100 million streams in the US, more than 150 million worldwide, and over a million listeners on Spotify per month.
The main themes of their songs are loss, breakups, and emotional transformation. We enjoyed them live at this year’s solo show in Prague and can’t wait to jump around with them without the club ceiling getting in the way!
