With three albums released and with nothing, nowhere on feat, or with “literally their mom” on feat (really, check it out) this is Australia’s Stand Atlantic. Pop punk from Sydney with frontwoman Bonnie Fraser will grab your attention. Bonnie comes from a family of musicians and the first time in a long time she was without music was during the pandemic. If you come across the Stand Atlantic try to avoid comparisons to Paramore (even if it may be tempting), the singer doesn’t see much of a resemblance there: “People hear boobs and a guitar and they’re just like, ‘Paramore!’ Wahhh!” Well, don’t expect Paramore but do expect a great pop punk from Australia.
