Early in her career, UPSAHL released songs that gained much-deserved recognition throughout the Phoenix music scene. Her indie gem, “Can You Hear Me Now,” achieved a palpable viral buzz followed by the widely praised single “Drugs,” which has been used in nearly two million TikTok videos, reaching #6 on the Viral Chart and the #1 Sound on the Trends Chart. UPSAHL released her second EP, Young Life Crisis, in 2020, which Billboard crowned as one of the Top 25 Pop albums of the year. UPSAHL undertook her first co-write on “Good in Bed” for Dua Lipa’s GRAMMY Award-winning, Future Nostalgia, then Madison Beer’s single “BOYSHIT,” and Mike Shinoda’s upbeat anthem “Happy Endings,” which featured herself and iann dior. UPSAHL also co-wrote Anne-Marie and Little Mix’s “Kiss My (Uh Oh),” GAYLE’s “e-z,” and co-wrote three songs on Renee Rapp’s EP, Everything To Everyone. She then co-wrote and was featured on NGHTMRE’s “ATMOSPHERE” and Alan Walker’s, “Shut Up,” which appeared on various charts around the world. People Magazine anointed UPSAHL one of their “Talented Emerging Artists Making Their Mark in 2022” around the release of her debut album, Lady Jesus, with Nylon saying she’s “a musical force to be reckoned with.” UPSAHL’s most recent release, the critically acclaimed EP, Sagittarius, which is an introspective glimpse into her dynamic personality, follows her highly successful sold out global debut headline tour.
