The band Wohnout was conceived sometime around 1988, and then came the prenatal period. They rehearsed, played two public concerts, but everything felt rather unreal.
They began performing regularly in the spring of 1996, which they consider their true birth. During their nearly 30-year career, they have toured the country far and wide, released ten studio albums, a few DVDs, live albums, a greatest hits album, and a book. Their biggest hobby is music videos, of which they have tons. Wohnout is a club and festival band. All four members sing along to two guitars, bass, and drums. The worst part is that none of the members are sensible, and they never stop singing.
The band’s musical style is unspecified, but it is based on metal, punk, and pop. If you ever see them play somewhere, keep in mind that they make music with their hearts, but you wouldn’t know it. They are actually stone-cold rockers.
