REFUNDS CAN ONLY BE REQUESTED WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE END OF THE FESTIVAL – FINAL DATE IS 2/7/2022. After this date, refunds cannot be made.
How to do it:
ONLINE TOP-UP:
Request a refund directly in your NFCtron Pass account where you topped up your credit before the event -> search for Rock for People event, click on Open Online Receipt and then REFUND CREDIT -> REQUEST REFUND.
TOP-UP ON THE SPOT – WITH INFORMATION PAPER:
Scan the QR CODE from the information paper you received when you first topped up. You will be taken to the Online Receipt where you can directly request a refund -> click on RETURN CREDIT -> REQUEST REFUND. This process is the same if you topped up by card or cash – you will enter your bank account number when you get your refund.
In the NFCTRON APP (iOS only):
In the iOS version of the app, just click on REFUND CHIP -> To refund your balance, click -> REQUEST A REFUND.
I DID NOT TOP-UP ONLINE AND I DON’T HAVE ANY printed information paper from my first top-up (online or printed) – please email [email protected] and take a picture of the back of your chip. WITHOUT A PHOTOGRAPHED CHIP NUMBER, REFUNDS CANNOT BE PROCESSED FOR SECURITY REASONS.
