Dear Ed Sheeran concert-goers,
in order to prepare you for the best experience, here is the most important information you need to know before the event.
12:00 – Opening of the Fan Zone
16:00 – Opening of the concert arena
18:00 – Ewa Farna
19:00 – Calum Scott
20:15 – Ed Sheeran
22:30 – Estimated end of the concert
Fan Zone, where a varied programme is prepared, is open from 12:00. The concert arena will be open from 16:00, you can enter either through the Fan Zone entrance 1 or directly through the car park entrance 2. Once you leave the venue (concert or Fan Zone) you will NOT be able to re-enter! All information about the concert, including the Fan Zone schedule, can be found HERE.

Transportation: A special shuttle service will run between the centre of Hradec Kralove and Park 360, and there is a parking at Park 360. The area around Park 360 will be closed to all passenger traffic except for parking pass holders, which must be purchased in advance HERE, NO PARKING WILL BE ON SALE ON SITE. NO re-entry will be allowed after leaving the parking lot. Please follow the instructions of the organisers and police when arriving and leaving the concert. Payments at the venue: Only cashless payments will be accepted at the venue via NFCtron wristband, which you can pick up at the recharge point. The wristband can be conveniently recharged in advance online or at the event (cash or card) at a designated recharge point. All necessary information and recharge options can be found HERE in the CASHLESS section.
Security: only bags/luggage of maximum A4 size are allowed on the premises. All organizational rules and a list of prohibited items can be found HERE.
Storage: If you need to store larger luggage, storage facilities will be available for a fee.
This is an outdoor concert, so please adjust your clothing and footwear to the current weather. For safety reasons, umbrellas are not allowed in the venue. In case of rain, we recommend using a raincoat.
