One of the world’s biggest stars, British singer Ed Sheeran, is returning to the Czech Republic after five years. His MATHEMATICS TOUR follows his record-breaking American tour, on which Ed set several attendance records, and the domestic stop will take place on Saturday 27 July 2024 in Hradec Králové at the multifunctional Park 360 as part of the Rock for People Concerts series. “I am very happy that we can organize a concert of such a personality and unique musician as Ed Sheeran. The fact that he has chosen Park 360 for his show in the Czech Republic, which is also home to our Rock for People festival, is a huge honor and a milestone for us,” comments Michal Thomes on behalf of the co-organizing agency Ameba Production, adding: “It’s proof for us that we are really pushing ourselves every year and our venue can compete with the world’s great arenas.” The event is held under the auspices of Hradec Králové Mayor Pavlina Springerová.
Ticket sales start on Thursday, 26 October 2023 at 10 a.m. in the GoOut, Ticketportal, and Eventim networks. Tickets for the concert will include the Park 360 Fan Zone, which will be located in the immediate vicinity. There, a supporting program will be held from the morning, with a range of activities including refreshments.

The organizers of the Ed Sheeran concert have pledged to fight unethical secondary ticketing and overselling. All official advance ticket sales are listed in the concert advertisement and on the www.edsheeran.com and www.rockforpeople.cz websites.
Tickets, priced between 1,990 – 2,990 CZK, will go on sale from Thursday 26 October 2023, 10 am ONLY at official presale outlets on GoOut, Ticketportal and Eventim. Tickets purchased outside of these official presales may not be valid and will not guarantee you will get to the concert.
After you have paid for your tickets, you will receive a confirmation of payment to the email you entered, AND THE TICKETS THEMSELVES WILL BE SENT TO THE E-MAIL YOU ENTERED WHEN YOU PURCHASED THEM 14 DAYS BEFORE THE CONCERT DATE.
All tickets will be linked to the name of the purchaser, in case of multiple ticket purchases the name of the person purchasing the tickets will be displayed on all tickets. The person purchasing the tickets must be present at the door to admit all persons with tickets bearing that name.
Official and secure secondary ticket sales/purchases will only be available at a later date from official ticket sellers and at the original price of your ticket. For tickets purchased outside of the official pre-sales on GoOut, Ticketportal or Eventim, we do not guarantee their originality, validity, or that you will be able to get to the concert with them.

Every concertgoer needs their own valid ticket regardless of their age. Children under 15 must be accompanied by a parent to the concert, and those 15 to 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
There will be parking and camping (and other accommodation) available on-site for all concert attendees. Of course, sanitary facilities will also be part of the campground. Parking and campsites will be on sale at a later date.
There will be a wide range of refreshments (food and drink) on-site, of course, we don’t forget vegetarians, vegans, gluten-free diets, and more.
We are preparing for you not only Ed Sheeran’s concert itself but also a full-day program right in the area where we organize the Rock for People festival every year. There will be concerts, accompanying program, and activities in the Fan Zone area, several food and beverage zones, and plenty of other leisure activities to spend the best summer day. You will be able to arrive at the Fan Zone well in advance of the concert to enjoy all the accompanying program, refreshments, and everything we will prepare for you on-site in addition to the concert. So, you can arrive well in advance, park quietly, and start enjoying the day’s program.
Access to the Fan Zone is included in your ticket. All timings will be announced soon.
Special tickets for people with a valid ZTP or ZTP/P card will be sold only in the GoOut and Ticketportal network. This ticket is exclusively for those who need to reserve a reserved seat on the elevated platform. That is, for wheelchair users or persons with disabilities of small stature. In both cases, it is necessary to present a ZTP or ZTP/P card. For the accompanying person, you need to purchase a classic ticket for Standing. Standing for escorts will be allowed in the area near the raised platform.
Unethical secondary ticketing is when people buy tickets at face value and then resell them at inflated prices through methods and websites that are not approved by the artist or promoter, denying genuine fans the opportunity to buy at face value.
Traffickers and unauthorized ticket sellers use multiple credit cards, false identities, and sophisticated computer programs (“bots”) to purchase large quantities of tickets, which they then offer for resale at highly inflated prices.
There is a strict limit of 6 tickets per transaction per concert. This limit is in place to give as many people as possible a fair chance to purchase tickets. The entire group must arrive at the same time as the person who purchased the tickets, as the purchaser’s name is written on each ticket purchased.
PLEASE NOTE that any transactions that are detected as “bot” purchases, persons creating duplicate accounts to purchase more tickets than the limit, or any transaction that indicates a suspicious purchase over the ticket limit WILL BE CANCELLED.
If you want to buy more than 6 tickets for the concert, you will need to place another order.
To prevent the secondary ticket market, absurd prices, and ripping off fans, we sell personalized tickets, which means that the buyer’s name is printed on them. On entry, the surname printed on the ticket must match the ID being presented; a second (or third, fourth, fifth, or sixth) person will only gain entry at the same time as the person presenting the ID. Proof of ticket reservation must also be presented on request.
This means that when you purchase tickets, each of your tickets will be personalized with the name of the main purchaser. On entry to the concert, escorts will only be allowed to enter with the main purchaser whose name appears on the tickets. The promoter reserves the right to check IDs for verification on entry to the concert venue. Please bring a valid ID and enter the venue with the friends and family for whom you have purchased tickets.
Matching ID with the last name of the main purchaser will be a condition of entry, other tickets purchased by that person can be used for other people as long as EVERYONE arrives with the main purchaser whose name is on the tickets. If you wish to purchase tickets as a gift, you will need to attend as well in order for the gift recipient to get into the concert.
You must have a valid ticket (paper or electronic) to enter the concert. You may be asked to provide an email confirmation of your ticket reservation and a valid photo ID that matches the name on that confirmation.
Accepted forms of photo ID are – valid ID, valid driver’s license, and valid passport.
There are no age restrictions for the concert, every concertgoer needs a valid ticket regardless of their age.
Under 15 years of age MUST be accompanied by a parent to the concert, and between 15 and 18 years of age MUST be accompanied by an adult.
Only electronic tickets are sold and will be delivered to the buyer’s email address with a delay, so you will not receive them until shortly before the concert.
You will receive a confirmation email once you have purchased your tickets.
First of all, please check your junk or spam folder. If this does not help, please contact the customer service of the ticket seller you booked your tickets through (GoOut or Ticketportal). If you’re not sure which company you purchased your tickets from, this information is usually listed on your credit card or bank statement.
Resale of any Ed Sheeran concert ticket is strictly prohibited except through the only official and safe partner TicketSwap. This option will be launched at a later date and we will announce it in advance. Any Ed Sheeran concert ticket offered for resale elsewhere, either online or offline (including Viagogo, Onlineticketshop, in social media comments, or any other unauthorized source including any secondary ticketing websites) will result in the CANCELLATION OF THE ENTIRE ORIGINAL BOOKING AND TICKET. The original purchaser and their entourage will be denied entry and any additional purchases they have will also be cancelled.
Tickets will be sent out late and you will not receive them until just before the concert.
Professional cameras (defined as cameras with detachable lenses), video and recording devices are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Cameras for personal use and smartphone cameras are okay.
