We appreciate the support of the city of Hradec Králové. And our thanks also go to the Hradec Králové Region. Among other things, we received a valuable contribution to expand our fleet of returnable dishes and new types of cups. Combined with the strengthening of waste management, this year the entire festival grounds will be even cleaner than you remember.
So yes, we will be backing up the cups again this year. In the Green Food Zone, in a pilot project, we will also be dispensing food with the deposit of compostable utensils. There will be plenty of redemption points, all connected to our cashless system. In addition to cleanliness, we are contributing to better and more efficient waste separation. And its subsequent separation. Thanks for doing this with us!
But that’s not all from the Hradec Králové Region. Thanks to its grant, we bought an old container according to the principle of circular economy, we completely renovated it, made it better, connected it to the network, equipped it properly and … we created our own barrier-free social facilities! Wheelchair users who come to Rock for People, our other events or Glamp 360 have two comfortable showers and toilets at their disposal.
