We are seeing more and more interest in tickets for this year’s festival and RFP Concerts we are organizing, and because we don’t want our fans to be scammed out of their money, we have to share the following warning with you. We urge you to read carefully, and to follow the following information.
We want everyone to enjoy the music together, meet each other during the best days of the year, and not have to deal with easily avoidable troubles.
WE STRONGLY WARN against purchasing tickets from unofficial sources such as SCAM SITES like Viagogo, Onlineticketshop, and others. ALSO FROM ANYONE ON SOCIAL MEDIA – in this case, really take utmost precaution, and do not respond to such offers at all. FAKE PROFILES are often very hard to recognize, and cannot be trusted.
We work directly with TicketSwap, so they are the ONLY provider of secondary sales/purchases that offers the possibility to verify the authenticity of the ticket before purchase. We CANNOT VERIFY the authenticity of tickets purchased through unofficial sites, and you RISK being scammed and losing the funds you paid for.
Tickets purchased outside of the official sales listed on our website or through TicketSwap (or Ticketmaster Fan-To-Fan Resell) are NOT GUARANTEED, we do NOT guarantee their authenticity or that you will be admitted to the festival or concert with them.
