The Svijany brewery is one of the oldest breweries in the Czech Republic, as it was founded before 1564. Svijany brewery produces beer using the classic technology of Czech Pilsner-type beer. All Svijany beers are produced using the same technological process, which is called the two-hour brewing method. The beers from the Svijanský pivovar are often placed at the top of various competitions.
